📝 Requesting Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data for YardCode, please follow these steps:

  1. 1 Send an email to with the subject line: "Delete My Account"
  2. 2 Include the email address linked to your account in the message body
  3. 3 We will confirm your request and begin processing the deletion within 24 hours
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you've backed up any important data before proceeding.

  • Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Account login credentials
  • Activity history within the app
  • Any stored preferences or settings
  • Saved YardCodes and locations
  • Community posts and interactions

📁 Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

Some data may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes:

  • Transaction or payment history (retained for 3 years for accounting and tax compliance)
  • Support correspondence (retained for 10 months for customer service tracking)
  • Anonymized usage analytics (no personal identifiers)
